Hi, I’m Mandeep — the founder of Mindeology.

Life can be overwhelming. Whether you’re juggling the demands of work, family, identity, or simply trying to keep your head above water, it’s easy to lose sight of yourself in the process. You might be the one other rely on, the one who keeps it all together — yet underneath, you’re struggling to manage the stress, anxiety, low mood, or self-doubt that just won’t go away.

Maybe you’re feeling stuck, emotionally drained, or just tired of pretending everything’s fine.

You’re not alone — and you don’t have to figure it out on your own.

At Mindeology, I offer online therapy and wellbeing support for children, young people, parents, and adults navigating emotional and mental health challenges. I also run positive psychology workshops to support wellbeing and resilience in everyday life and the workplace.

Therapy with me is a space for you to slow down, reflect, and understand how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours are connected. Together, we’ll look at what’s been holding you back — whether it’s stress, difficult life experiences, relationship issues, or the pressure of meeting everyone’s expectations — and begin building tools to help you move forward with more clarity and ease.

 About

My Approach

I’m trained as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner, with a postgraduate qualification from the University of Essex, specialising in Low Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (LiCBT). I have also received training in a range of therapeutic approaches, which I integrate thoughtfully based on your needs. These include:

  •   Mindfulness
  • Clinical Hypnosis
  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing)
  • Psychodynamic Therapy
  • Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)

These tools can be used on their own or integrated in a personalised way — because therapy should reflect your unique needs, not a one-size-fits-all model.

More than anything, I bring empathy, curiosity, and a judgment-free space for you to explore what’s really going on. I feel deeply privileged to support people as they reconnect with themselves, heal, and build the life they deserve.

If you’re ready to start, or even just thinking about it — I’m here.

My Mission

At Mindeology, my mission is to offer a safe, inclusive, and compassionate space where individuals and families can better understand themselves, build emotional resilience, and move toward healing — without judgment or shame. I believe that meaningful change begins when people feel truly seen, heard, and supported.

By working collaboratively, I aim to reduce the impact of emotional and psychological struggles — including addiction — on individuals, families, and children. Whether you’re navigating personal challenges or supporting a loved one, I’m here to help you build healthier ways of coping and relating.

My Values

  • Compassion over judgment
  • Curiosity over assumptions
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity
  • Empowerment through understanding
  • Respect for every person’s unique journey

Special Interests

While I work across a wide range of emotional and mental health concerns, I hold a deep professional interest in supporting people who are trying to break free from the cycle of addiction — whether it’s substances, habits, or patterns of coping that no longer serve them.

I approach addiction not with blame or labels, but with empathy and curiosity — understanding it as a survival strategy that may have developed in response to difficult life experiences. I also recognise that addiction can significantly affect family dynamics, particularly children. That’s why I take a collaborative, family-aware approach, working with individuals and their loved ones to promote healing and reduce the long-term impact on those closest to them.

Together, we’ll explore how to replace harmful patterns with healthier, more sustainable ways of living, coping, and connecting.
